Broccoli Cream Soup
(Vegan)

- 1 Cup of raw cashews (soaking first is recommended)
- 1/4 Cup of nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tablespoons of arrowroot powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1/4 of a yellow medium onion
- 7 cups of water
- 2 lbs. broccoli florets
Blend all ingredients except broccoli florets In the Vitamix blender until creamy. Pour the mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then add broccoli florets that are cut into small pieces and let it simmer for 5 minutes more. Remove from the stove and let it sit for five minutes.
