Taco Salad
(Vegan)

- 1 head romaine or red leaf lettuce - chopped
- 2 sliced green onions
- 3 cups Diaya vegan cheddar cheese
- 2-3 diced tomatoes
- 1-16 oz bag taco flavored tortilla chips or reg. flavor. Break up some.
- 2-14 oz cans chili beans with most of the sauce
Sauce: 1 C Tofutti brand (vegan)sour cream, and 1-1 1⁄2 C salsa. Mix well.
Make all the ingredients ahead then when ready to serve mix.
