Overnight Rolled Oats

  • 1 Cup dry rolled oats
  • 1 Cup soymilk, rice milk, almond milk, apple juice or water depending on your preference.
  • 1 Tbs. raisins or currants
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Sliced bananas, berries, chopped apple or other fruits to be added at the time of eating (optional).

Stir liquid into the oats with raisins and cinnamon till well coated then seal and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning heat in the microwave or eat cold. Add your fruit of choice.
