Truffles
(Vegan)
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups raw walnuts
- 2 Cups dates (remove the pits)
Instructions:
Place the walnuts in a food processor with an "S" blade for 3 minutes.
Then add the pitted dates and continue processing until a dough is formed.
Make small balls about 1" diameter then roll in shredded coconut.
This is a delicious dessert but beware of the calories and only eat a few.
