Fruit & Yogurt Frozen Pie

  • 9” graham cracker crust or Fat Free Pie Crust
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2- 6-8 oz. fruit yogurt ( this works very well with a non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1⁄4 -1/2 C. mashed fresh fruit depending on the flavor of yogurt. Strawberry or raspberry work great!

Mix all the above ingredients and pour into the pie shell and freeze.

Let thaw 30-40 minutes before serving.

I like this with raspberry yogurt and top the pie with a raspberry sauce.

Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 C. fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbs. sucanat (or other sweetener)

Blend thoroughly in the blender and drizzle over the top.
