Oatmeal Waffles - Oil Free
(Vegan)

- 2 C. rolled oats
- 2 C. water
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Let stand to thicken. If too thick add more water to make pourable. Pour into a heated waffle iron that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook for 10 minutes or more without lifting the lid. Makes about 9 waffles. Can be frozen and put into the toaster to reheat.
