Raw Corn Salad

- 4 raw corn on the cob - remove the kernels with a sharp knife, cutting close to the cob.
- Small grape tomatoes
- Red onion, diced or 1 inch slices
- Finely chopped cilantro
- Diced avocado
- The juice of one lime
Mix the lime juice with a small amount of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste, then mix with the other ingredients in a bowl.
The above ingredients are to taste. So add what you enjoy. The avocado gives this dish a nice creaminess.
